To tell the truth, this is actually IC for Iku, what with her being the "only sane man" even more than Reisen.
When in SWR they explained the Spell Card Rule to her, her response was along the lines of "That is the most retardedly insane thing I've ever heard."

Another case of KY *Kuuki yomenaide* She can't read the atmosphere. Base from the artist, his/her Iku can't read the atmosphere.
