According to the tag gigantic_breasts and the TOS, yeah.

Although this picture makes me laugh.

Humorous images can get away with TOS violations, since the violation being made is usually just for teh lulz rather than a serious artist effort.

Kloah normally does stuff like this. (In fact, this is rather in the small side for him.) I question the idea that he's doing it for comedic effect.
