Using my ungloved index finger (because they're big guy hands) as a reference compared to the size of her gloved fingers, I discovered that this image is actually to scale on my monitor. As such, that round would be approximately 3.5cm, 35mm, or 1.377 inches in caliber. Due to the guesswork, I'd say it's safe to assume it's a 30mm round.
