If you're that bitter about it, then go appeal your deleted posts.

i'm not bitter, it just annoys me that half of the stuff i upload ends up deleted because nobody bothers to review/approve it, and my limit to upload stuff slowly withers away.

i don't want to register another account just to upload more stuff.

seriously, the moderators need to be kicked out and replaced, or at least new ones need to be added because the current ones don't do their job.

Look, go read about:deletion_appeals. Sometimes quality posts get overlooked, this is why you appeal them: to give them a second chance. If you appeal a bunch of posts that never get approved, you may want to rethink your quality standards.
