Can't help recalling Bkub's Chen comics and Pop Team Epic too with comically oversized hands like this.

Not sure about the second card Chen is holding up. I'm pretty sure the first three characters are かたに, but I can't make head nor tail of what it's meant to be below that.
Otherwise though, it's fully translated!
