Hmmm... Rena versus GARtender Shizuo, eh? I'm inclined to favour the latter. No amount of craziness and cleaver spam makes a difference when the guy is functionally immune to stabbing.

Mind you, that was just stabbing with a pen. He reacted to being hit with a wooden board, and I'd bet Rena's cleaver is about the same size and weight - and it has the advantage of being rather sharp.

GARtender'd still dominate that fight, though. Last I checked, he can throw several city blocks at very high velocities.
