That's okay. Most uploads on this site are not from the artists anyway. What's not okay is rating an Explicit post as Sensitive and reverting it after someone else corrected it (see howto:rate).
Also, on this site, "deleted" only means they don't appear in searches with default settings unless status:deleted is specifically searched for. For a post to be banned (not viewable by others), the artist needs to file a DMCA takedown request.
