This seems to be a timeskip. Zenith is female. She is the 1st child.

Either demon-hybrids grow up really fast, or they had ten year breaks between having sets of children. (Sixth child soon, or was it just to gain a male child).

Demon gestation seems to be much quicker than the 36 weeks of a human female.
