Does anybody have a clue about who she is?
I only know that she's a character in Sangokushi Taisen.

Haven't played the game, so can't say anything beyond what's written in the picture. She seems to called Kougetsuei (黄月英) and it seems quite a lot of pics of her have been uploaded yet she lacks a character tag.

From what I found around Pixiv and the official sites, it seems like there are 2 Kogetsueis in the games (except for ST3, where there's only the one in the pic)
They both belong to the Shu (green) faction.

Actually Kougetsuei is Huang Yueying, Zhuge Liang(Shokatsuryou Koumei)'s wife.

There are a lot of minor historical persons, including fictional characters in sangokushi taisen series.
I think it is impossible to transcribe all the names into pinyin.
How about kou getsuei_(sangokushi taisen) or kou getsuei_(sangokushi taisen)_(bushou) tags?
