Granted, it looked a little weird, but I don't think that was a flaw. Her toe was only a tad long and was partially covered by the bed sheet.
Editing an image like that is generally frowned upon in Danbooru, even if it's a significant improvement, so in the future it might be best to stick to editing stuff like creases, marks, scan artifacts, etc. (and perhaps even ask before you do it as well, just to be on the safe side).
