I'm not entirely certain of the mood here. It's obviously fairly polite phrasing, but I think it's still slightly chiding (ie, Iku is embarrassed at having to answer plainly, and she's frustrated because the viewer is so dense that she has to do that), mostly because of the "Mou" afterward. I translated based on that view, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
Saves us from having to find more cowbell, though; aside from some one-shot cow-costume pics, I think chibi-Yuyuko from pool #678 has the only one in Gensokyo...
(And whoever flagged this for deletion: criticise the art if you like, but you do realise the "annoying photoshop glitter" you're bitching about is present on at least half of the Love Confessions pool, right?)
