I think they're about the same depending what skin is being referenced, but Formi has the fandom meme of being heavy AF, so calling Taihou heavy is really funny.

Depends by fanbase, but I speculate that both are big-chested.

As some other said, they are pretty similar.
But Artworks are pretty inconsistent. Compared to Taihou's Base Skin, the beach one is basically Kashino 2.0

So I would mostly use the base one to compare.

On the other hand, in AL: Crosswave Formidable easily rivals Taihou. Don't know if they used the same character model as a base tho!

Bust size shifts radically between skins. Characters like Hood and Icarus appear modest in normal and even some other skins, only to suddenly go up several cup sizes in another.

Taihou is the same way. Her latest beach skin is a huge increase over her previous school skin, or even her normal skin. There's simply no consistency.
