I am suspicious of this too, with telltale signs of inconsistent linework and odd shading. The most telling thing to me is how on the arm pointing to the right there's seemingly a "cut" in both lines halfway up her forearm (right after the rather bulbous muscle and weird elbow) and the shading also doesn't quite add up which makes me think that entire forearm and hand were redrawn or traced over.
