character_request is for fourth 'panel', guy (?) staring at the night sky. Can't really tell if it's meant to be Rinnosuke or Youki or someone else. The post on Pixiv isn't tagged for characters, unfortunately.

I'm also not sure about:
- daiyousei (first and last panel; hard to id in casual)
- character fighting wriggle_nightbug in 5th panel (kawashiro_nitori?)
- izayoi_sakuya (8th panel, tank top)
- remilia_scarlet (10th panel bottom row, with flandre_scarlet?)

Lastly, I am unsure if cutout is appropriate for the cirno object in the first panel, whether or not to use monochrome, and I don't know what to tag kagiyama_hina's posture.

Ex-Keine as badass gym teacher is nice.

Also, I like the drawing style for wriggle.

Me too. I know it's awesome and if this was a movie, I'd watch it so many times it broke, but I can't for the life of me understand the plot.

I think it's involving Nitori (hence why she shows up so much) and possibly showing her trying to be GAR which resulted in her death by knife (explains the blood and RAGE-KEINE) and so they're all mourning for the loss of the kappa. Maybe?

It's true that Nitori (and Cirno) are a focus of the 'comic'; that's where the title comes from (NiTori CiRno).

As for the plot, I can't say much either... The pixiv post links to a series of videos on NicoNico, which would imply that this is a tribute of some sort.

Just watched the series just now. Can't say its really for me. Its good in its own right but everything just seems kinda "Out there" for me. Yes, Cirno and Nitori are the center of the show. I watched it with the same outlook i have Shounen series. Nice to watch, but there are better shows(or in this case, better Nico Doujins)

Don't bother. Its not all that good. This pic is kinda like the trailer for movies now-a-days. It makes the movie look better than it actually is by showing all the best parts. Meaning you just saw everything the show has to offer in the first place.
