Actually, her actions don't. Yes, Khorne is the god of blood, slaughter, and war, but he's also the god of honor, martial prowess, and discipline. He has a strict, albeit twisted, sense of honor. Because Crow went after civilians first instead of attacking APCU, the Ark's military, or people capable of fighting back, Khorne would punish her. Brutally.
