I've written up a simple wiki page with a link to her original character sheet. I was going to add that she just wears a blue vest, but her signature detached sleeve is now attached. So is this now a kimono or a jacket?

That is nice. Tho I didnt realize Reimu had a Player 2 color pallete that was important. I honestly thought it was artists having freedom to change her color. Still new to the fanbase, but I'm happy to see my OC grow.
Also to solve the clothing, I would say kimono/hakama. The design is hadanugi dousa style, which is having half your upper body expose. Its mainly used for archery.
