This is actually one of the more comprehensible Ao Usagi pictures. It's an optical illusion, nothing more. Trying to see some sort of complexity in this is pointless: there is none. For once, Ao did something somewhat sane.

It's misleading at first sight. Once you see the full picture, it's not misleading, but at a glance it's "Ooh, nakedness!"
