She can contract with a literal army of servants and supply them with their needed mana, as well as summon lesser shadows of the servants she has contracted with if they arent available. She is essentially the Unlimited Blade Works of servants. She is more broken than Hakuno with her 3+ number of highly dedicated/in love servants and the literal ability to alter her environment at will through the Moon Cell.

None of what you listed are Ritsuka's own abilities, outside of high servant compatibility. It's all stuff Chaldea provides and maintains.
