Sigh. It must be the same guy/s logging onto Danbooru and randomly flagging pictures. Seriously, twats, opinion is not a valid basis for attempting to delete pictures. Especially ones that have been recently posted, because they're almost always the ones being flagged.

It looks like they just flagged whatever the shit that didn't match their taste. How lame is that?
I'm gonna flag all the KyonxYuki picture then.

Fighting fire with fire here ain't gonna work. What we NEED to do is fix the flagging system so that not every dumbshit can just be like "lolz pic go bye-bye now".

My suggestion would be to show the name identifying the flagger along with the "flagged for deletion" message.

Sure it won't stop the retards, but it's a start.

Now seriously. What will happen? People will come and comment. Because, you know, that's what people usually do. It's called "opinion" and it somewhat exists in modern, free society - doesn't change anything by itself, but it exists. If you repeatedly flag an image for no reason, you get blocked. If the people flame you via the mail or rant in the comments too hard, they get blocked as well.

This is called "feedback". With the current system, there is no feedback and any person with spare 20 bucks can go and troll the fuck out of everyone, ten pages of epic rage every three days. No evidence. No punishment. No need to take any responsibility whatsoever for your actions. Hell, not even a need to give reasons to flag it for, you can just type in whatever you want. A troll's dream.

Anonymity only works when idiots and assholes aren't given the ability actively destroy something.

Actually, the current system only makes things harder for the management staff.

I also support the non-anonim version of flagging, but the only ones that could see who did that would be the moderators. And if you have way too many rejected delete-flags, then bye-bye flagging rights, no matter how you pay or beg for it.

BTW... I also agree, the face could have been better... but nothing other than that -.-
