Not even close. A mouse needs to consume about 120 kcal a day just to maintain its fat reserves. If you have 20 mice, their combined food intake will be roughly equal to that of an adult human.
Maintaining a constant body temperature at that size has enormous energy requirements proportional to body mass. The square-cube law is a bitch.
