Exactly my problem with this! While, in canon, Flan is a lot more reasonable than fanon tends to portray her as, she's nowhere near passive enough to allow someone to strike her without retaliation, even if Remilia warns her against it! Even worse, Keine challenged her to a danmaku battle, where Flan outclasses her horribly, yet Flan just lunged at her flailing as if she were attacking in blind panic! I full expected Flan to smirk evilly and trash her!

Keine takes slight amounts of damage for headbutting people as shown by the damage meter... so, you should attack her in numbers (try "Taboo Sign: Four of a Kind" several times in a row)! :D
