Touma's ear is that unimportant one :)
But why did they change Index's panties (and to, ekhm, less revealing ones) is one of unresolved mysteries of the universe, I guess.

They didn't change her panties, go check out the child post to this picture, the one that was posted before. You can clearly see someone edited the screen cap.

You mean, the previous (not this one) cap was shopped? I'm far from being photoshop mastah so I can't tell. If it really was, then it's good enough for me (and ironically clever because alarm buzzes when you see full nude filters, not only lack of small parts of pantsu)

let's see more brighter more sparkles and more good resolution more fitter the last one is more wider
