Think of it as an older Kasumi/Misty cosplaying a personification of Charizard.

I like seeing creative Pokemon personifications like this rather than the typical anthro or person with animal ears and a tail.

ya know...in all honesty i can't see how this looks like charizard at all...if anything she looks more like combusken or blaziken

This reminds me, there's a thread in SomethingAwful's Comedy Goldmine where they posted Pokemon Personifications from deviantart. Most of them were pretty terrible.

But the SA people posting in the thread made some pretty good ones
