They won't be even able to walk in the first place. Chitin is heavy; really heavy. It's basically bones covering your entire body that you move around with-combine that with the body structure of an ant and you'd have a large black blob with sticks as legs that moves by rolling around because they can't stand, not to mention no lungs means they can't intake oxygen properly. That's why in the age of giant insects, the only ones that reaches big enough size were ones that has tracheas (or gills) along their body length.
So if, in fact you met a 75 cm ant, the first thing you should do is to check for oxygen content. Wherever that ant comes, must be a place with highly concentrated, breathable oxygen that enables it to grow to that size. And since ants are colony animals, meaning there's bound to be hundreds of ants of same size; that could mean a sinkhole, geographical vault line, or something in that similar line that enables air to be compressed to such degree that the oxygen content spiked that high has opened somewhere nearby.

And thats because you're saying you gonna kill said real life ants and show it's body to everyone. Even scientifically a live sample is more precious than dead sample.
