I'd say it's her weird face (and before people start whining about artistic licence and style, there are limits) and the fact that her breasts are... well... I don't really know where to start when it comes to how weirded out I am. Mainly it's how her nipples don't only defy gravity, they actually seem to be RISING UPWARDS. Her mammaries want to flow how above the clouds, from the looks of it.
Also the thing I assume is supposed to be her left elbow, but it's too weird to tell.
