This is how Bridget's gender identity should be tagged under the current established guidelines. If you want to try to change them then take the advice that BlindVigil has given you twice now and bring it up in the forums instead of posting meaningless complaints about it in the comments.

I literally quoted the part of the policy that matters here. SFW means SAFE FOR WORK, as in, you can't see her bulging penis and testicles through her panties.

By that logic post4493504 would be tag vandalized as "1boy". I like to keep my examples to the same artist for a more apples-to-apples comparison though I can see your point.
Now I'm gonna to exactly not that and compare the tag history of post4493504 with that of post7046845. post7046845 has had it's tags vandalized basically until someone pointed out just how obviously female Bridget is in the pic while still being tagged "1boy". This didn't happen to 4493504 because it's not Brisket

On one hand the presence of the transgender flag makes it clear that the artist intent was to make Bridget a trans woman however Bridget is shown as being pre-op or pre transition so the newhalf tag would not apply. The only way to correctly tag this image is as 1boy the same way we do for ladiva, a character who in universe is a trans woman with a male body. Explain testament then? Last I checked claiming to be neither gender is in fact a declaration of gender identity and we happily tagged them as 1other. It only became a problem because Bridget became a girl and now people are upset at losing their otoko no ko icon.

I don't have a better answer for you other than "the "other" tags play by a separate set of rules." I'm not the one that made any of these policies, demanding answers from me when all I've done is explain why certain things are tagged the way they are is a waste of time. Ask NNT about it.
