Not entirely sure what food is shown but I am guessing it's miso soup. Can anyone confirm?
I wanna say "Yeah" but the thing floating in there reminds me of something I saw in a ramen commercial. It's possible this is just ramen with a little thing added to it. It doesn't look like tofu. Normally Tofu is in small cubes.
