“Father, what kind of warrior would wear such a helm?”
“I am not sure my son. Perhaps The God-Emperor himself, or one of His sons.”
“You mean, they were here?”
“Long ago, yes. When He-On-Terra first set out to unite the stars, His hosts walked on our world. It is said The Lion was the one who brought us into the light of The Emperor.”
“Then is this his helmet?”
“I am not sure, though I doubt any other than he great enough to wear it has set foot here.”
“…why did he leave his helmet, Father?”
“… I don’t know, Ianon. Maybe it was to leave us a reminder of his deeds on our world, the sacrifices he made for us. I am not sure. Now, it’s getting dark. Help me set up the Qi’lit. We leave at first light.”
Warhammer 40 000 fanart. Lore states that Warlord titans are 30 meters tall; considering this is a stupid rule, i've elected to ignore it. What fun is it when the titan is so small ?
