hmmm yes marisa wepon is a thompson however the other wpon is a k42 from german army so 1 is on axis side and 1 on allied side

Who knows which side is which. For all we know, the gear from one side might just be souvenirs taken to the other side.

M1 Carbine and M1A1 Thompson are the guns in the pic. If Alice is a medic (w/ Shanghai as her aide), then the M1 Carbine would be her weapon (M1 Carbines were traditionally assigned to troops that couldn't carry a heavy M1 Garand due to its weight combined with their other equipment, such as medics and radio operators).

I find it odd that it appears as though Shanghai is treating the leg wound first, when she appears to have been shot in the chest and neck as well.

I'm PRETTY sure you work on the neck first if you can. I guess she dies because Shanghai is too small to reach the neck lol... THAT SUCKS

And certainly is a carbine, I don't think Karabiners used magazines until 1943...
