She grew up just fine.

About damn time she showed up as a playable character.

I must say, I am exceptionally pleased with the new announcements of DLC characters. The BB development team is really putting a lot of effort into promoting BB.

Now I'm just hoping she won't be horribly over/underpowered. I can see a lot of problems with a short range.

If Noel can smack people with guns and V-13 can shoot swords, I think we'll be fine.

She's the Curly to Tsubaki's Larry and Noel's Moe.

I especially like how her hair frames her face like a boxing helmet.

wow. she looks great. i just hope continuum shift will also be on psp, and that i'll still be able to get her as dlc.

I'd say around $1.50-$2 separately, or bundled with a discount of around 50 cents or so. That's just speculation on my part, though.

Still, day 1 DLC can't help but garner the "why aren't they just in the game already?" reaction from me.

They're not day 1 DLC. She's also not on the disc. She's DLC because she hasn't been finished yet. Neither are the other two yet-to-be-named DLC characters.

Huh, I thought I read somewhere that they were.

What he meant is that the characters weren't ready when the game needed to be go gold so it could be sent to Sony and Microsoft for certification, packaged and shipped to stores.

Given how long the certification process takes for console games these days, developers have enough time in the interim between finishing the game for certification+shipment and the actual release that they can work on any data that was incomplete at the time and allow them to be downloaded at the game's release.

well i dont know anything about this game in particular, but thats the way it is with the console world. because of certification and things, the average ive seen is the game is marked gold and sent to certification usually about 3-4 months before it is released in stores. thats ample time to do more work that couldn't get in by the hard deadline

Sorry I should have been more specific. What I should have said was where did you get the information about the three downloadable characters for BlazBlue from? Already impressive about the squirrel girl being added into the playable character roster, but I would like to see where this info came from.

Try Dustloop forums. Or better yet, google Blazblue DLC characters and search around. It's not hard.

Seriously. That little strip of material doesn't even qualify as a miniskirt.

I think showing of her body more so than the other characters places emphasis on the fact that her physical strength and agility are more integral to her combat style than the other characters. She might not even use Ars Magus, being a character that only uses physical techniques and martial arts.

That's just speculation on my part though. Her weapons do look like they might be special.

I think I want to pet her more than hurt her.

She hurt herself because she dodged at the last second to avoid landing on a kid. Not only is that funny, it's sweet.

Though the markings are more reminiscent of a chipmunk, species of striped squirrels do exist. Also, the massive tail should've been a dead giveaway.
