Tentacles Sacrificial Ritual
I have a sudden urge to draw tentacles, but also with the centipedes and impaling element, might as well tag it as R18G then.
The girl is sacrificed to the tentacle monster and subjected to its molestation, for the sake of maintaining peace. She will not be killed, instead, will be kept as the monster's plaything.
In order to restrict her mobility, nails were stabbed through the girl's legs. But the truth is, she wouldn't run away even without them.
Any defiance from her would mean the peace contract with the village would be broken.
So the nails is simply ceremonial.
The monster coexist with different bugs, so besides molestation from the tentacles, the bugs will climb up her body and drink any juices excreted from her.
