clearly 'trying something new in every picture' involves killing myself over impossible angles and flags and medals
BUT Dale Begg-Smith, Torah Bright, Lydia Lassila and the entirety of the Australian team - you're all fabulous and did amazingly, congratulations!! <3
trying not to kill the mood but am I the only one who finds our anthem's tune to be a bit.. lacking? as amazing as it was to hear it three times at the podium, admittedly it didn't make me feel really patriotic. it's also often really high-pitched and hard to sing h-haha... nevermind i just listened to it more and holy crap i'm tearing up with national pride h-haha ok leaving now
