ACs revealed to have metal nanofiber muscles and coolant blood. Pilot gets uploaded to the AC or straight up possesses the AC like Ayre does, and/or the pilot's body starts growing into the core and the rest of the AC.
Cant have pilot related limits if the AC IS the pilot.
