    Well for starters that's not a proper source. Images should be sourced directly from the artist, such as their social media or pixiv accounts, not from a meme site and certainly not from a file on your PC.
    Also the tags need a lot of work, you can start by checking the wiki pages of the characters present and copying the appearance tags as applicable.

    These could use some more tags. Generally, try to hit the minimum of 20 tags per post, but tagging beyond that number is encouraged. Not too hard to hit the minimum here, since some simple tags like +++, short hair, asymmetrical bangs, holding, monochrome, 2koma, English text, etc. all fit this particular post. Use tagme if you think you're missing anything.

    As this is a monochrome image you don't need to use tags like black coat or black pants, but for things in in colour, most character traits and clothing have an array of coloured tags, like blonde hair, green eyes, or orange vest.

    There's usually a preview of tags as you type them in while tagging, with the closest matches at the top, so keep an eye on that. And try not to just recreate missing tags you saw on another site, since a lot of the time it's because a set of different tags already covers something.

    Oh, and also here, the actual guidelines for that should help.
