My best friend got expelled from High School 2 weeks before graduation for doing something similar.

The thing is, he would have gotten away with it. EVERYONE in the school (teachers included) thought the kid deserved that, and the only reason my friend got kicked out was because letting him stay would have set a bad example.

The kid who got sprayed was kicked out next year for smoking on campus (he was a Sophomore).
