This is far from being a bad thing, but Riko makes me think StrikerS-era Nanoha walked onto the Trouble Spirit set and never left, so they decided to write her in.
Since I am just reading anything Minami puts out, I can't help but think "Hey look, it's a talking version of Ruko" now...
