I should point out that I wasn't sure if the girl was Chie or not. But the jacket resembled hers, so I tagged it as such. If I'm wrong, just remove the tags relating to her.

Yea, like I said the jacket is the only thing that more or less resembles her. Probably just how the artist drew her. I mean, what, 90% of most fanart rarely has the character looking exactly like the original?
Poor Chie is always being drawn with anal hair. Just because she is a tomboy doesn't mean she doesn't take care of herself. Don't get me wrong I'd still hit it, I'm just sayin though...
