Already been DMCA'ed by Nintendo and the creators said they will not be releasing it anytime soon, opting to lay low for now.

The issue was the modder charging people (Patreon subscription) to use the mod. Using mods to earn $$$ is where the line gets crossed.

Other games with pokemon mods have no issues if

1. Models are developed from scratch
2. Released anonymously and FREE

And hopefully this happens soon

Ark survival also literally has a pokemon Mod that anyone can download right now. I believe it goes up to all 900+ pokemon as of now.

Nexus Mods has come out stating they will not take the legal risk of hosting pokemon-themed mods for palworld.

palworld does in fact have a breeding ranch....
