as far as I know there is th TV censored version but the uncensored is also available, so far I've had to DL from 3 or 4 various subbers to find uncensored episodes.
I was kinda disappointed with this episode. Maybe it was the constant flashbacks... Also, the site I watched it on had a version which had just one bit censored, the parts where the guy was groping Rei. Not even the part when he pulled her shirt down, just the bits of him actually grabbing her breasts. I find this rather weird...
This is what gg fansubs said. All airings of this show are censored so you will have to buy the DVD/BD to get uncensored (example is drill to the face in ep 2). The Anime network censored this part of the episode on their own and had nothing to do with the TV broadcast

Then where did this version come from if all airings were censored?
this is the at-x version with moderate censoring. This is the same channel that blacked out the gym teacher jumping to his death in episode one, and blacked out the power drill in the face on ep 2. If any of you saw the anime network's stream of this episode they censored out this part of the show themselves. Most likly at-x will censor any nudity and extreme violence but it should be completely uncensored of the dvd/bd
