Well I would argue these groupings are representing chapters so I would say these should go into the main pool.

well since the Maids VS Underground team is one long 'story', and the parties involved are all in the pic, I'd say that's OK

I'm quite convinced this is the cover of the doujin compilation.
The whole story so far can be found in doujin stores in Akiba with covers much like this one (though this one is the least fetish fuel of them all)

I'm fine with it as long as it's made consistent, i.e. placing all the chapter headings in their correct order.

This whole series is being printed into several volumes and sold in doujin stores in Tokyo, and this is one of the covers (for the 7th book, to be specific)
