They do: ring ~nishizumi_shiho ~shimada_chiyo.

Often however, such as in the picture, the position of their hands would prevent one from seeing whether they were wearing it or not. In other cases, I imagine it's either because the artist forgets, is lazy, or because the hands are too small given the size of the drawing. All of which are probably universal problems for all married women characters.

Actually, there's official artwork that give Shiho a wedding ring.
