Added the seiyuu_joke tag since Satou and Suzuki are voiced by Rina Satou (Misaka) and Satomi Arai (Kuroko) respectively. Not sure about adding the *_(cosplay) tags though.

Finally, it's a shame these two didn't get more screen time.
