Okay that's done, barring the artist's name above. That's because I have a question:
From what I can see, the artist's name is カイギディエル. According to his Pixiv page, his user name is romanized as "Chaigidhiell" (pronounced like "Kaigi D.L."). Where is he named "Doombringer"?

The artist also has http://img36.pixiv.net/img/doombringer1153/ listed as a URL on his Danbooru artist page, so I guess it's from that. If his Pixiv page has a definite romanisation, then it may be worth bringing up at forum #46810 (unless "Doombringer" is a circle name or something...)
