I don't think the power levels in Xros Wars work the same way as those in previous seasons. Shoutmon and Ballistamon are able to defeat several Pteramon (Armor level) and Mammothmon (Perfect/Ultimate level) in episode 1, whereas it took eight Child/Rookie level Digimon in order to defeat a single Kuwagamon in episode 1 of Digimon Adventure.

To be fair those digimon were retarded. Im pretty sure in season three Renemon hunted digimon like ogremon?
