So bascially, this image was a victim to the common practice on Weibo when it comes to uploading lewd images like this one in that it was basically sandwiched between a couple memes, presumably to ward off the censors.
As such would be completely undesirable, I ended up having to crop it. Hence, third-party edit.
However, that post was lossily re-compressed, so I redid it with a lossless crop from the source.
