I remember this one from back in the early 2000s. Newgrounds had her all over the place at the time since hentai was the only ad source they could get then iirc.

So this was a character from a game, huh? I guess I'm not surprised, because I've since discovered that many of the characters in artwork (h or non-h) that I've been searching through for the last 10 or so years were characters from games, anime, or manga and not just one-offs that the artist drew for the sake of drawing. That being said, I remember seeing this all over Newgrounds (and maybe even Stickdeath) way back when, with multiple hair colors and possibly even with a cat-earred variant appearing every once in a while.
