I have always been fascinated by the industrial side of EVE's starships. As I mine, I've often wondered how the ore gets from the blasted rock into the ship itself... so I conceived of a massive magnetic field that attracts the pulverized material and draws it into the processor units.

I like the idea of the magnetic field being so powerful that it has to be removed from the living areas of the ship, and that arcs of electricity form along the magnetic field as rock is pulled inside.
