They're ten years old (or thirteen, if this is G/S). Green's trying to make his rival happy for a change. There's no gay here at all. Just enjoy the happiness.

And even so, there is no rule against yaoi here, especially non explicit yaoi. If you dont want to see it just add yaoi to your blacklist.
