I see "cameltoe" as a tag, but I don't see any camels. There must be some other meaning to that, but there's no page for the tag. Any help?

That's not a bench press. That's a squat press. You hold the weight bar like that, and lift with your legs.

That doesn't look like much weight, regardless certainly not called a bench press. She's doing a squat, typically you hold it in front of collarbone or with arms straight and wide above and slightly behind head.
