If you looked harder the first time, you'd have seen that her right hand is on top of the right boob. It's covering her wrist and forearm.

I was going to say the same thing, except, I wasn't going to use a condescending undertone. We're not all experts at discerning what's in an image, no matter how "hard" we try.
